The majority of my immediate family are business owners, I have been blessed to have great examples and while growing up I was always on the lookout for my own direction.

When I first started out as a real estate agent I planned to use my license to better build my personal real estate investment portfolio. However, after going through a couple of years of transactions with friends and clients I decided to make my career as a real estate Broker.

I am still able to build my personal investments while also fostering new agents and assisting investors with their wealth building. We get to help neighbors get the top price when selling their homes and help new home buyers make the best choices and avoid some of the pitfalls they may encounter. We have also created a full service property management department in-house to help support investors so they can relax knowing that we know how to take care of their properties for them with the least amount of hassle, have well taken care of happy and well screened residents and still get them the most return on their investment.

My favorite part of being in real estate is having my friends trust me to be my clients and having new clients become my friends!

Born and raised in Pace, I have witnessed so much development in our area over the past twenty years. A lot of this growth has happened during my time working at Grand Realty. I enjoy welcoming others to the Panhandle, but I absolutely love all aspects of my job! I feel that holding a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from The University of West Florida aids me in working with the public. I have also gained a lot of useful experience by working as a Property Manager and Realtor. I believe clear and prompt communication should be a top priority in both fields. Jacob Frick Jr. was born and raised in Texas. As a retired Navy man who has now made Northwest Florida his home after serving his country for 20 years, Jake transitioned into a new career in real estate.

Jake's Navy career was diverse and accomplished. He started his career as a submariner, where he learned the importance of attention to detail and maintaining a tight-knit team. As a recruiter, he found joy in helping people achieve their goals and dreams, and he excelled at finding the right fit for each individual.

In his final years of service, Jake worked as a Master at Arms, responsible for the safety and security of his fellow sailors. His keen eye and quick thinking kept the base and its residents safe.
