Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, at this time all of our properties are available to approved applicants on a first come, first serve basis. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Please refer to the property you are interested in before applying. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years old -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, after we conduct a satisfactory inspection of the property, your deposit will be returned to you within 15 days if lease requirements are upheld and no claims are made. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We do not accept co-signers. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
All applications are submitted online. Click Apply Now under the property of your choice. -
How do I pay rent?

How do I submit a maintenance request?

I received mail or a package that is not mine. What should I do with it?
Write “Return to Sender” on all mail and packages that are not addressed to Resident. -
