Routine Property Inspections
We conduct thorough inspections upon move-in and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition, so there is no discrepancy in what damages, if any, were incurred during occupancy. In the event there are any tenant damages upon move-out, this documentation will make any reasonable claims on the security deposit difficult to contest. Inspections are conducted approximately every quarter, and the inspection reports are shared with you via your owner’s portal. About 60 days before a lease expires, we will send a renewal inspection to the tenant to not only see what condition the property is in, but also to see if they are considering renewing.

Marketing
Marketing is key to getting properties rented quickly. We publish our rentals on a platform called Rentvine which syndicates to various third-party marketplace companies, including Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com, etc.We want to make sure your property appears anywhere a prospective resident may be looking for a rental. It will also appear under our Rentals tab on our websites. Not only do we upload photos, but we also build virtual tours for each property that we market.
