Happiness Guarantee

We believe in quality customer service, so our property management agreement is month-to-month. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties. All we ask is that you provide us with a 30 day notice.

Results Guarantee

With our results guarantee, we don’t get paid until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work upfront and we don’t get paid until we place a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything. We don’t get paid unless you get paid!

Optional Pet Guarantee

We offer three pet guarantee options:

• Pet rent goes to the owner and is subject to our 10% management fee.
• Pet rent goes to Grand Realty, Inc., and we will cover up to $1,000 above and beyond the security deposit for pet damages at no additional cost to the owner.
• Pet rent goes to Grand Realty, Inc. and the owner pays a $100 fee per month. We will cover up to $5,000 above and beyond the security deposit for pet damages.
